“Ten Biblical Principles for Agricultural Development”, by David Evans, is an effort to help people involved in agriculture around the world to better understand the role that they are called to play in bringing God’s Word and His kingdom to bear on the land, animals, and neighbors that have been entrusted to their care. The application of these principles will not be easy.
This working document is primarily designed for use by agricultural extensionists and educators working with farmers in the context of the developing world. That said, it should also be useful in more general settings that deal, in some way, with the study and/or practice of agriculture. Please feel free to experiment with the use of this document in your own context.
