Organization’s mission begins with discipling staff using DNA books

In February, we announced our newest DNA affiliate organization: Women of Hope International (WOH). While some organizations view staff development as a peripheral or even optional endeavor, WOH focuses first on discipling its staff so they, in turn, can disciple others and most effectively carry out the organization’s mission.

Here, International Director Kim Kargbo explains how the DNA’s Kingdom Lifestyle series–“extremely contextualizable in any culture”–provides the platform for this discipleship.
