Warm greetings! In 2025, we conducted an in-depth study of the impact of DNA’s training, which included in-depth interviews with 63 DNA trainees along with a survey of 115 participants from 34 nations and four languages.

Thank you for your love and support for the ministry. It truly means the world to us.

In 2025, we conducted an in-depth study of the impact of DNA’s training. With support from a generous foundation, we hired a highly respected, independent research organization, Dialogues in Action, to conduct the research under the leadership of their director, Steve Patty.

The research consisted of in-depth interviews with 63 DNA trainees who were “selected through purposeful stratified sampling to ensure representation of the population.” It also included an “Outcomes Survey” with 115 respondents from 34 nations and four languages.

In November, Steve submitted the results in a final report. Here were the main findings:

  • “The Disciple Nations Alliance demonstrates exceptional effectiveness in transforming individuals and communities through biblical worldview training.”
  • “Worldview transformation represents DNA’s strongest domain of impact, scoring an average of 4.53 out of 5.0 on the survey. The survey data shows that 91% of participants experience significant personal transformation in how they think and see the world, and 89% develop the ability to identify cultural lies.”
  • “The most transformative concept affecting DNA participants across all cultural contexts is the integration of faith with all aspects of life. This represents a fundamental shift from compartmentalized faith to holistic Christianity, where all of life is seen as sacred.

Participants describe experiencing liberation from false dichotomies that previously created guilt, confusion, and limited their sense of calling.

In the words of one individual: ‘Everything is integrated to become part of God’s work. And we are kingdom agents of transformation.’”

We praise God for the work He is doing in people’s lives through the Disciple Nations Alliance. That work would not be possible without your partnership and support. We are deeply grateful.

We exist to shift the church’s primary paradigm regarding its mission and purpose.

  • From a paradigm that reduces Christ’s Great Commission to “saving souls,” to one that understands it as discipling nations.
  • From a paradigm that emphasizes “believer” to one that emphasizes “disciple.”
  • From a paradigm that has an incomplete “two chapter” understanding of the biblical story (fall and personal redemption), to one that has a whole “four chapter” understanding of creation, fall, redemption, and consummation.
  • From a paradigm that sees the church as an inwardly focused institution with a building, staff, and programs, to one that sees the church as people with an outward focus. The church is a people blessed by God to be a blessing, by influencing communities and nations with the salt and light of God’s truth.

The goal of our training is to help followers of Jesus experience this paradigm shift, after which, they join a movement of other like-minded Christians as Kingdomizers, growing in their knowledge of a biblical worldview. This new and biblical way of seeing the world compels them to intentionally and strategically advance God’s Kingdom in their own communities and nations–starting right in their own homes and families.

Kingdomizers are people like Katherine Torres from Colombia. She recently shared her testimony with us.

I came to find out that DNA’s training was not just for church leadership, but that it was in fact for all people who follow Jesus. Previously, I had focused on serving God through church programs, but failed to see God’s interest in other areas of life, including my family, my role as a mother, and the education of my children.

As a result of DNA’s training, I’ve been empowered to create a unique family culture that has helped my children love God, love their neighbor, and embrace His mission for their lives. I have been through all of DNA’s online courses and even now our family is going through a lesson each week together with our two children (age 11 and 14).

Our children are flourishing in their giftings and the training has provided them with a keen sense of discernment as they have learned to think and interact with others at the level of principles and values.

This testimony illustrates how nations are discipled—person by person, from the inside out, starting with the most basic community of all — the family.

By God’s grace, we were able to raise up 350 Kingdomizers from 62 countries in 2025, and our goal is to reach, envision, and equip even more in 2026.

Will you help equip more Kingdomizers in 2026? Your year-end gift will directly make this possible. Would you consider a generous gift of $25, $50, $100, or $250? Give now!

Wishing you and your family a very blessed Advent season.

Warmly in Christ,

Scott D. Allen
President, Disciple Nations Alliance

P.S. Many supporters give in ways that may provide tax advantages, such as with Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs) or Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) from an IRA (for donors age 70½+), Donor-Advised Funds, stock gifts, or legacy gifts made through a will or estate plan.

If you’d like help exploring any of these options, we would be honored to assist. Please email Tim at twilliams@disciplenations.org or call us at (602) 345-1028.

Your gift by December 31 will equip more Kingdomizers who disciple families, churches, and nations from the inside out. Thank you for standing with us.
